We also got the due dates, and I posted them both in the class and on this blog for the course.
We also read the short story "The Sniper" out loud in class. I thought that went well, too.
After the story, questions were assigned for the Journal and then we walked our way through the Terms, which form the second part of each entry for the Journal.
After that, we had a few minutes and students got their homework done.
